Javier Alejandro González Ibarra es Licenciado en Ciencias Computacionales por parte de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, actualmente se encuentra estudiando la Maestría en Tecnólogas de Información y la Comunicación por parte de la UABC también.
Ha trabajado en el XX Ayuntamiento de Ensenada desde el inicio de la administración en la dirección de informática como ingeniero de software en donde ha estado involucrado en diferentes proyectos de innovación tecnológica.
También ha presentado proyectos a nivel nacional como Roadtag en Wayra 2012 quedando en el 15vo lugar de 500 proyectos evaluados por la aceleradora de startups de Telefónica.
Está interesado en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles y desarrollo web con enfoque en la seguridad de la información.

Javier Alejandro González Ibarra holds a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), is currently studying a Master’s degree of Information Technologists and Communication by the UABC too.
He has worked in the XX administration on the City Hall of Ensenada since the start of the administration in the direction of informatics as a Software Engineer where he has been involved in several projects of technological innovation.
He has also presented national projects how Roadtag at Wayra 2012 finishing in the 15th place of 500 projects evaluated by Telefónica Accelerator startups.
He’s Interested in mobile application development and web development with a focus on information security.
